ARC is expanding its facilities with a new location, ARC at Fox Hill, opening in Mooresville, Indiana in spring 2024. In addition, ARC at Eagle Creek, the flagship location, is undergoing renovations to provide a comfortable treatment environment.
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at Addiction Rehab Centers in Mooresville, Indiana. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining accurate medical records. The nurse will collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized care plans and ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
Qualifications
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Experience in substance use disorder treatment
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate medical records
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Additional certifications in addiction treatment or mental health are a plus
