Responsibilities Include:
-Oversee and coordinate the activities for month-end and quarter-end closings, including reconciling balance sheets, performing ad-hoc analyses, reviewing trial balances, and preparing financial statements.
-Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts and generate monthly financial reports.
-Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of account reconciliations and improve the processes related to month-end closings and financial statement preparation.
-Collaborate with external audit firms on audit-related tasks and inquiries.
-Assist in the formulation and refinement of key accounting policies and procedures.
-Support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team with budgeting and forecasting tasks.
Job Qualifications required:
-Bachelor’s Degree
-CPA
-5+ years of combined experience in private industry and public accounting
-Strong knowledge of current US GAAP
-Experience with SEC Reporting
-Experience with Technical and Equity accounting
-Software experience with Workiva is a plus
