LHH is seeking an experienced HR Manager for an opening with our client, a manufacturing firm, to oversee employee relations, recruiting, and all HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee Relations: Act as a contact for employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and develop engagement programs to boost morale.
- Recruiting: Manage the hiring process from job postings to onboarding, and develop strategies to attract top talent.
- HR Administration: Ensure compliance with laws, manage employee records, and administer benefits programs.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate development programs, and support career growth.
- HR Strategy: Contribute to HR strategies, analyze metrics, and partner with management on HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).
- 5+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and recruiting.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
