What impact you will make?
As an Account Executive, you will identify and develop relationships with businesses and organizations that would benefit from and utilize our IT temporary staffing services. This is an outside sales role, with a focus on building new business relationships, expanding accounts, meeting with prospective clients, attending industry events, and growing client accounts. This job requires problem solving skills, personal initiative, and the exercise of discretion and judgment about businesses and professionals who are existing and prospective clients. This role includes prospecting, lead generation, sales, solution delivery, rate and contract negotiations, client success and relationship management. This is a relationship-focused sales position; the harder you work, he more results you will see.
What you will be doing?
- Research and identify prospective clients - via internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
- Spend up to 50% of your time managing an existing preferred client.
- Client meetings - Visit work sites, deliver sales presentations, develop an understanding of client needs.
- Manage job order process - Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs, while acting on client's behalf internally
- Manage client relationships - Serve as the client's first point-of-contact during job order process; client entertaining, industry events
What skills do you need to be successful?
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 – 3 years in sales, preferably IT sales or professional services sales, or previous IT Staffing agency experience is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to listen, understand, explain your position, and work with other people
- A tenacious degree of self-motivation.
- Confidently exercise discretion and independent judgment about businesses and people and what we can-and cannot-do successfully to meet the needs of those businesses.
