Sales Manager (Large Medical Equipment)

- Schedule: Monday -Friday (8am-5pm)
- Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 (flat salary + end of the year bonus)

Responsibilities:
- Target new and existing clients through company leads and fulfill current business and future needs
- Develop and maintain client and distributor relationships
- Leading and Managing the sales representative team to meet the goal successfully
- Successfully distribute the product to the clients
- Contribute and take initiative in Sales and Marketing and the execution of business plans with other team members
- Conduct and/or coordinate sales, marketing, and training meetings as required. Attend all required meetings, events, and conventions
- As necessary, travel to business meetings, seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and customer sites. Depending on the assignment, international travel may be required
- Learn and remain knowledgeable of marketplace products and analysis
- Be responsible for product management
- Ability to perform and work well under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, and products that may impact sales efforts and communicate these kinds of issues with the senior manager and other departments as necessary
- Be knowledgeable and responsible over logistics such as shipping labels, freight quotations, and shipping
- Keep the sales data up-to-date, importing new data, pulling data, updating records, and performing necessary cross-checks
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required
- Communicate decisions to others and promote a team atmosphere.
- Conduct yourself professionally and courteously
Requirements:
- 3+ years of successful sales experience focused on B2B (preferably with large medical equipment or imaging experience or imaging equipment)
- 1+ year/years of management of a sales team and/or leadership role
- Experience building/maintaining customer relationships
- Respect associated staff, and keep good relationships
- Proficient Computer and MS software skills*
- Knowledge and proficiency in sales customer software (such as CRM)
- Ability to travel within U.S., Central and South America
- Bilingual - English/Spanish (Preferred but not required)
- Bachelor's Degree Required
