We are seeking a proven, quota-carrying sales person to help grow our customer base across our banking sales team. Candidates should have relevant exposure to CRE lending/valuation, credit risk and/or stress testing. Knowledge of econometric modeling and data solutions is a plus. Proficiency with salesforce.com is preferred. The candidate should also have industry knowledge in bank regulations and regulators. Our Sales Director position is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional and enthusiastic self-starter. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated track record of exceeding sales goals in a business-to-business (B2B) environment. You will be responsible for selling multiple Trepp products to a variety of banks and other CRE balance sheet lenders. You must be able to achieve sales targets exceeding minimum revenue thresholds, forecast sales activity and revenue achievement while creating satisfied customers. A Day in the Life of a Sales Director on the Trepp Team:
- Manage complex sales cycles and present the value of our institutional grade suite of products to C‐level executives.
- Engage in business planning to manage and increase revenue opportunities within your market.
- Manage a sales pipeline, produce monthly forecasts, and track all activity within our CRM.
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training.
This position might be for you if:
- You have 5+ years of B2B, SaaS selling; CRE data and/or workflow solutions. Banking/financial services experience a plus.
- You possess a successful history of increased sales year over year.
- You have a passion for selling and effectively closing deals.
- You have experience selling to banking professions -- lenders, appraisers, credit underwriting, risk/stress testing, etc. would be highly preferable.
- You have a BS degree or related.
- You possess strong communication skills, verbal and written included.

Salary Range:
Base salary starting from 125k plus commission eligible
