Job Overview:
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our real estate analytics platform to enterprise clients within the single-family rental (SFR), build-to-rent (BFR/BTR), and homebuilding sectors. You will leverage your expertise in B2B sales and your understanding of the real estate investment landscape to build strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and demonstrate how the software can solve challenges they commonly face:
Sales and Business Development:
- Engage with small-to-mid-sized (non-institutional) potential clients in the SFR, BFR, and homebuilding sectors.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients’ investment strategies and analytics requirements.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the value of our platform.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring alignment with both client goals and company objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management:
- Onboard clients smoothly, maintaining ongoing communication to ensure their needs are met and they are leveraging the platform effectively.
- Provide clients with industry insights and best practices to help them optimize their use of the platform on an on-going basis.
- Proactively manage the client lifecycle, from onboarding through renewal, identifying opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.
Market Research and Strategy:
- Stay informed about trends in the SFR and BFR markets, as well as broader real estate investment strategies.
- Maintain an understanding of the residential real estate development, homebuilding, and investment process.
- Provide feedback to the product team and leadership based on client interactions and market observations.
- Contribute to the development of go-to-market strategies for new features and products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Exposure or experience in experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or real estate technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of the real estate investment landscape, particularly SFR and BFR markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed to attend industry events.
Working Conditions:

- In-person or hybrid work arrangement at the company’s location in McKinney, Texas, a suburb of Dallas, is required.
