Bradesco Bank, headquartered in Coral Gables, is currently in transformation, following the same path as its parent company in Brazil. We are looking for a future strategic partner who is eager to expand his/her expertise across different areas of the bank and is passionate about organizational challenges. This professional will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives that drive transformation and efficiency across multiple areas of the bank and will report to the Strategy and Business Manager.
Main responsibilities:
- Work on the strategic transformation alongside Brazilian teams, seeking efficiency and improvement of operational models that leverage results. In this sense, you will fully understand/map the current situation, perform all gap analysis and diagnosis, and lead the team to bring innovative proposals;
- Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders and partners;
- Identify opportunities for business development and improvements;
- Plan and facilitate dynamics (such as workshops) that seek information and find solutions to different kinds of problems;
- Prepare and present presentations and executive reports;
- Provide methodological guidance;
- Support in the articulation of projects and action points (business and financial perspectives);
- Unlock dependencies to ensure and/or speed up deliveries;
- Support strategic definitions and escalate risks and blocks.
Technical requirements:
- Desirable experience working in a consulting company;
- Financial knowledge;
- Advanced Portuguese and Spanish are desirable;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (structuring presentations, charts, tables, panels and customized hyperlinks);
- Knowledge and experience in implementing Waterfall, agile and hybrid projects;
- Knowledge of agile frameworks, such as: Scrum, Safe or Kanban;
- Knowledge of Problem Solving methodologies and Design Thinking.
Education:
- HS diploma or AA Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, related field OR any combination of education, training, and experience that will provide the required knowledge skills, and abilities.
