Intaso have been engaged by a leading cybersecurity unicorn, who are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Director to focus on the west coast. They have a 100% Channel Sales Model.
This role is essential in creating and enabling mutually profitable relationships with Referral Partners, Resellers, Value-Added Resellers (VARs), and Distributors across the west coast of North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and a proven track record in strategic business development and alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the partner ecosystem, driving go-to-market execution via sell-with and sell-through models
- Develop and maintain relationships with key consulting, advisory, and global system integrator partners
- Build and manage a partner-sourced pipeline, collaborating closely with field sales
- Ensure accurate forecasting of revenue and document all partnership activity in CRM systems
- Coordinate and attend partner joint-marketing events, both in-person and online
- Conduct training and enablement sessions for Partner Sales, PreSales, and Services Teams
- Promote and leverage assessment tools to drive additional product demand
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant professional experience in strategic business development and alliances
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry, with a focus on threat detection, endpoint security, secure networking, and related areas
- Strong strategic thinking and tactical execution skills
- Ability to engage technically with engineering and product management teams
- Excellent relationship management, influencing, and communication skills
- Proven track record of exceptional performance in past roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Compensation:
- OTE Target: $300,000 to $320,000 (60/40 Split)
