Senior Workday Reporting Analyst - $120,000 + 15% Bonus – Hybrid in Tennessee

I’m working with one of the largest Construction companies in the US who have 20,000 employees and are continuously growing through acquisitions.
They are looking for a Senior Workday Reporting Analyst to join their collaborative team of Reporting specialists who will be responsible for designing and building a range of reports across the HCM suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and building Advanced and Matrix Reports in Workday HCM
- Supporting bulk data conversations, transformations and Workday EIBs
- Utilizing PRISM (Previous PRISM experience isn’t required)
- This will be a customer facing role, so you will be communicating with key people in the business/customers regularly
- Providing solutions and recommendations to help build reports from the ground up and advance the reports they have
Required Experience:
- You must have a minimum of 2 years Workday reporting experience
- You must have experience creating Advanced and Matrix reports
- You must have experience communicating with stakeholders across the business

This position is hybrid in Tennessee and is paying up to $120,000 + 15% Bonus for the right candidate.
