Job Summary
:Phoenix Pro Connect is collaborating with a large real estate company in Miami to fill the role of Compliance Director. In this position, you will oversee all compliance functions within the organization, ensuring that operations adhere to legal and regulatory standards, including those applicable to investment advisers registered with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will identify compliance vulnerabilities, implement corrective actions, and provide compliance-related training to employees. Your responsibilities will also include conducting periodic compliance reviews and managing required record-keeping processes

Key Responsibilitie
