Our client has an immediate need for someone with excellent Revit skills! He is looking for someone who either lives in this area now or desires to move to Cedar Rapids quickly!
He is also looking to hire an intern Architect, an architect, a senior architect, and two principal architects to replace the two Principals who will be retiring or moving to part-time positions in the next few years!
The founder and Managing Principal is the best leader I have met in the architectural industry in 30+ years. There's no one like him! He doesn't do the nice stuff followed by nasty stuff like a lot of architectural leaders do!
They also have hiring needs in Denver, CO., Omaha, NE, and Cedar Falls, Iowa.
Responsibilities
- Depending on your experience level, Revit Design and/or drafting skills are very helpful!
- They need help with projects in K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, medical facilities, hospitality, commercial buildings, and other types of building design.
- Depending on your experience level, Business Development and the ability to interface well with clients and internal teams is beneficial!
- Could you collaborate with various teams to set goals, schedules, and budgets depending on your position?
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 3+ years of experience in architecture
- Strong organizational, creative, and presentation skills
- Proficient in Revit
- An ability to give or take direction and cause people to be thrilled that you're working there!
