Construction Superintendent - Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience and a strong understanding of the San Antonio construction market. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Construction Superintendent- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to execution and completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA 30 standards.
- Maintain detailed project documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Lead site meetings and provide regular updates on project status.
- Manage daily operations on-site, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Construction Superintendent- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience.
- In-depth knowledge of the San Antonio construction market.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
