The Ford Agency is looking for a sharp and organized Coordinator for one of DC's top technology associations. The Coordinator will have a wide range of responsibilities, including program support, communicating with the organization's leaders and members, and preparing meeting agendas prior to meetings and meeting notes to be distributed after meetings. If you have at least two years of administrative or programmatic support experience and are looking to work on a variety of projects this could be a great opportunity for you!
Responsibilities Include:
- Track progress, provide updates, and prepare presentations for leadership
- Serve as point of contact and subject matter expert for member inquiries
- Coordinate meeting and event logistics and track registration and attendance
- Create, edit and manage documentation for meetings and publication
- Take detailed meeting notes and distill into key points
- Maintain strong knowledge of the industry and standards
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of professional administrative experience
- Interest in technology industry required
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
- Superb organization skills
- Ability to travel for meetings
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Proficient in Adobe Acrobat, GoToMeeting, and WordPress
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
