The Judge Group has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Darien WI Area to find a Project Engineer for their team. This person will be responsible for all capital project planning, capital budgets, and managing projects in the plants from development to implementation. This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Managing plant projects from development to implementation
- Overseeing the capital and project budgets
- Manage the deadline of all projects and make sure all vendors and personnel involved are giving status updates
- Responsible for ensuring equipment, materials, and personnel are all secured and ready when project is ongoing
- Involved in equipment design and partnering with all engineering/maintenance individuals on equipment issues and concerns
- Constant reporting to plant management and senior leadership on project status' and project updates
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 5+ years of project, plant, or manufacturing engineering roles
- Experience managing start-up and capital projects
