Lead the planning, deployment, and lifecycle management of technology products to align with business goals and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and team members to drive technology solutions, with a focus on data center infrastructure, client technology projects, and IT service management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects related to data center infrastructure (servers, storage, network, cloud) and client technologies (desktop/laptop replacements, managed print services, IT Service Management solutions like Jira or ServiceNow).
- Perform research, analysis, and stakeholder coordination to develop and manage technology solutions.
- Oversee project management, process improvement, and solution design to meet business and operational goals.
- Utilize Agile/SAFe methodologies to deliver technology solutions and ensure business value.
- Supervise, train, and develop employees; maintain accurate reports and records.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge: Advanced understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies, business management, software/hardware solutions, and software development lifecycle.
- Skills: Proficiency in modern computers, software, and IT service management tools.
- Abilities: Develop technology strategies, lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple initiatives, and communicate effectively.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business management, or related field, plus three years of experience in business systems analysis, product management, or related areas.
Desirable Qualifications:
Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, Agile project management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, or a master’s degree in a related field.
