Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality software solutions using Java, CAMEL Routes, Angular, and Database Queries. They will also be expected to adapt and learn new technologies to meet the evolving needs of our business. Based on the complexity of the system and data as well as the interconnected nature of systems, at least 5+ years of experience in development is expected.
Daily Tasks Performed
- Design, develop, and implement software applications using Java.
- Develop CAMEL Routes to integrate various systems and services.
- Familiarity with creating dynamic and responsive web applications using Angular.
- Write efficient Database Queries to manage and optimize data utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously Client, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
What will this person be working on
They will be enhancing and fixing Spec Control Applications.
Current Technology Stack:
(Need to have understanding of these) • Java 1.8 • CAMEL Routes • Angular 8 • DB2 LUW
Position Success Criteria (Desired) - 'WANTS'
- Proficiency in Java programming and understanding of its core principles.
- Experience with CAMEL Routes for system integration.
- Knowledge of Angular for front-end web development.
- Ability to write efficient and complex Database Queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills in order to collaborate with team members as well as effectively receiving and implementing feedback from Business users.
