A large real estate company is seeking a new attorney for their thriving in-house legal team. This attorney will oversee their real estate litigation docket, and also have the opportunity to work on employment, real estate, and other general commercial matters.

This attorney will oversee the company’s real estate litigation docket. This will average a very manageable 50-80 cases in all states of prelitigation through litigation. This attorney will supervise the department’s excellent support staff and work up cases from inception through resolution, including:
- Pre-litigation dispute resolution
- Prepare discovery and motions
- Appear for motions, hearings, and trials (99% of cases resolve by settlement)
- Advise internal company employees on legal questions pertaining to property management
- Review and revise leases, property management forms, and other documents
- Work with general counsel on non-UD matters and other projects
Qualifications:
- The ideal attorney will have 6+ months of litigation experience.
- This attorney must be an active member of the CA state bar.
