Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Acumatica Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and supporting Acumatica ERP solutions, along with a strong background in business process analysis and project management. This role requires a hands-on professional who can lead full-cycle implementations, provide strategic consulting, and deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Acumatica ERP implementations, including project planning, scoping, and execution.
- Conduct business process analysis and gather requirements to tailor Acumatica solutions to client needs.
- Provide expert-level consulting on Acumatica modules, including Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, CRM, and more.
- Configure and customize Acumatica to align with client business processes.
- Deliver training to end-users and ensure smooth post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering best practices and industry insights.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Acumatica ERP.
- Stay updated on the latest Acumatica features and developments to provide clients with cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Acumatica ERP consulting, with a strong track record of successful implementations.
- In-depth knowledge of Acumatica modules, including Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, CRM, and more.
- Proven experience in business process analysis and ERP system customization.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Acumatica certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with SQL, data integration, and reporting tools is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed for client engagements.
