CONNECTIVE Agency is seeking a versatile, experienced project manager who excels in a fast-paced agency setting to help ensure our clients and teammates have what they need to produce great work. We’re looking for someone who is highly collaborative, organized, people-oriented, smart and fun to work with.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have an acute focus on detail and a relentless commitment to quality, while completing projects on tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a wide variety of projects while being able to shift gears quickly if priorities change
- Help manage client/account/campaign/project plans and budgets
- Strong presenter with great communications skills
- Collaborate with our clients, writers, strategists, developers, designers, photographers, videographers, etc. to successfully bring a vision to life
- Problem-solving and anticipating our clients’ and teammates’ needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Project Management, or other related discipline
- 3-5 years of marketing/communications agency experience
- Great collaboration and communication skills
- Solid client service experience
- Has a “challenge accepted” attitude to slay small tasks and big projects — with the same level of care and enthusiasm
- Hunger for continuous improvement and professional development
