Job Title: Project Manager - Renewable Energy Civil Contractor
Location: Houston, Texas (Travel to Project Sites Across the Southwest Required)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to project sites across the Southwest. We are also looking for candidates based in Houston to focus on our Houston market. The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of renewable energy projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage renewable energy projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Coordination:
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Reporting:
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Foster a positive working relationship with all project stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in, Construction Management, or a related field, preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in renewable energy or civil construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites across the Southwest as required.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
