Mid-Level Life Sciences Associate Attorney
Our client is a major international firm, seeking a mid-level life sciences associate for its New York, Washington D.C., or Silicon Valley offices. The salary range for this position is between $250,000 - $345,000.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in life sciences transactional work, including negotiating and drafting licensing agreements and other related life science agreements.
- Excellent academic credentials required.
- Strong writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
- State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice.
