Contract: ASAP to 12/29/24, possibility of extension
Rate: $17-20/hr
Our client seeks a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting Coordinator to support their Talent Acquisition Team. This role involves assisting full-cycle recruiters and managing interview scheduling for candidates across the U.S. and Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Communicate interview details and logistics to candidates.
- Manage and update interview calendars.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to prioritize interview schedules.
- Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when necessary.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry and file management.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in schedule coordination.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
