An early-stage company, at the forefront of providing AI-based solutions for the real estate industry, is seeking a Real Estate Data Analyst. Their mission is to empower real estate professionals to increase revenue or reduce costs by unlocking the benefits of AI through aggregating unstructured data, integrating data into existing reporting systems, and analyzing the information into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in SQL and experience running queries and performing analytics and reporting, with a focus on interacting directly with customers. While knowledge of the commercial real estate field is preferred, it is not required. The responsibilities of this role include:
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform data analysis to support analytics, reporting, and insights on client data and prospective clients.
- Execute queries to extract, cleanse, and analyze data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key metrics and trends.
- Incorporate real estate data into industry-specific financial performance metrics and execute analysis into custom dashboard reporting.
Clients and Sales:
- Assess market trends, aggregate third-party data, and integrate this information with clients’ real estate data (as well as company KPI’s) to unlock value and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist with sales, marketing, and business development as requested by managers.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, reporting, and provide actionable insights.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel/ Google spreadsheets
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or additional programming languages, with experience in running complex queries.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Knowledge of real estate industry data and trends is preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The anticipated salary for this role is between $60,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on candidate experience (and not including benefits, equity, etc.)
