Insight Global is seeking experienced NOC Technicians to support a 24x7x365 enterprise operations center. The shift is Tuesday- Saturday from 10PM -7AM EST.
Job Description:
- Staff will support a 24x7 FiberNet Network Operations Center (NOC) serving Montgomery County Government Departments and County Agencies including Montgomery County Public Schools, Montgomery College, Washington Suburban Sanitation Commission, Washington Metropolitan Park & Planning Commission and Housing Opportunities Commission.
- The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring network dashboards, analyzing problems, troubleshooting incidents, coordinating and reporting all operational information concerning the enterprise network infrastructure.
- Staff must be capable of responding to network faults and supporting service provisioning & delivery in FiberNet.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience with Cisco routing and switching
- Experience working in an enterprise IT environment
- Ability to work Tuesday - Saturday from 10PM -7AM
