NOTE: This role requires:
- Prior experience as a Lead Superintendent over ground up construction projects.
- Experience with Construction General Contractor(s) as Lead Project Superintendent performing out-of-ground construction
- Preferred: Successful experience with concrete builds - For example: Tilt-Up, Cast / Place, Pre-cast, etc. -- and at 50k to 100k sq. ft or greater

Critical Opportunities
Role: Superintendent, Design+Build
Construction Experience Required: Tilt-Up / Tilt-Wall – Ground Up / Light Industrial, Manufacturing, Warehouse / Distribution, and MORE Acceptable Prior Experience
Initial Project Location:
This position will oversee all aspects of commercial and industrial projects with a heavy focus on Tilt-Wall, design-build, projects.
This role will also lead and develop project staff while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
