Job Description
McDonald’s is on an exciting journey to transform our enterprise data, analytics, and AI function and turn our data into a winning advantage for the system. We are seeking a McDonald’s Director of Program Management to oversee the enterprise data, analytics, and AI transformation program and coordinate all project management activities. This individual will lead a workstream focused on ensuring on time delivery of project objectives through project management rigor, communication of key project achievements and outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Provides leadership, direction, and support to the DAA program and workstream teams.
- Collaborates with leadership and Accenture to define project objectives, scope, and delivery.
- Facilitates cross-functional collaboration and communication between the DAA program to ensure alignment and partner engagement.
- Leads critical initiatives to optimize the project delivery process and drive continuous improvement to ensure the success of the project.
- Keeps track of the DAA program status to provide insight to leadership.
- Establishes a program governance framework and tracks workstream performance to monitor the project progress.
