DO YOU ALIGN WITH THESE KEY QUALIFICATIONS?
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, focusing on structural engineering preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design, emphasizing precast concrete.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
- Strong understanding of precast concrete processes and industry standards.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
WHAT WILL YOUR SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?
As the Senior Structural Engineer, you will have a strong foundation in structural engineering and a passion for designing precast concrete structures. This role requires collaboration with both production and project management teams.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop and analyze precast concrete structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
- Provide expert guidance during manufacturing to uphold design quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate precast designs into overall project plans.
- Review and approve shop drawings, design calculations, and other technical documents
- Review and validate shop drawings, design calculations, and other technical documentation.
- Participate in project meetings, providing expert advice and recommendations on precast design considerations.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards (e.g., ACI, PCI).
- Deliver projects that meet or exceed client expectations, fostering high satisfaction levels and encouraging repeat business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and team members through effective communication and dependable performance
