Job Summary: The Senior Solution Architect will lead IT operations, drive business-aligned technology solutions, and oversee the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX systems. This role is essential for enhancing technology capabilities to support business goals. Responsibilities include managing projects, resources, and IT processes, while coordinating cross-functional efforts to identify and implement beneficial technologies.
Key Duties:
- Manage IT resources, budgets, and projects to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with teams to improve business processes and develop technical solutions.
- Act as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX, customizing systems to meet business needs.
- Lead IT projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Coordinate software updates, integrations, and security configurations.
- Gather business requirements, conduct user testing, and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure data security and compliance with regulations.
- Provide user training and maintain support documentation.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute innovative solutions.
- Set and maintain SLAs, and manage direct reports, including performance evaluations and training.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience, with expertise in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform, especially PowerBI and Power Automate.
- Strong documentation, training, and customer support skills.
- Knowledge of business processes and workflow design in Dynamics 365 F&SCM.
- Experience in crisis management is a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with OneStream CPM is an advantage.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Certifications in Dynamics 365 F&SCM and Dynamics AX are preferred.
- Project management certifications, such as Certified ScrumMaster, are desirable.
