Senior Systems Engineer - 100% Remote- Intune/Azure/Intune/VDI
Optomi, in partnership with a global enterprise leader in the hospitality space, is looking for an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join their team. This person will help in the integration Intune into the environment, will help deploy virtual deskops with AVD/Microsoft 365, and manage an O365 platform in Azure.
Responsibilities:
- Deploy virtual Desktops (11K in this environment) utilizing AVD and Microsoft 365 PC's
- Rolling out Intune for mobile device management
- Troubleshooting O365 related issues
- Helping to migrate virtual desktops from AVD to Microsoft 365 machines
- Looking at cost optimization and strategies in Azure
- Escalated Layer 3 troubleshooting tickets or issues

- Experience utlizing Intune for MDM
- Troubleshooting O365 related issues
- Windows server and OS troubleshooting and upgrade knowledge
