Sierra ITS is hiring a Technical Support Specialist to join our municipal client's IT support team. You'll use your tech acumen and experience to perform hands on support for desktops, laptops, printers, and anything else in the it realm. Windows 10, O365 are the primary focus. You'll learn how a municipal IT department is run and supported while doing important work.
Responsibilities:
- Install, and configure new desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Migrating data from old to new machines
- Work with HW/SW vendors to ensure timely product delivery and installations
- Assisting with set up/troubleshooting of mobile devices
- Inventory
- SW Licensing
Requirements:
- 3+ years of corporate IT experience
- Windows 10
- O365
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
This is a 1-year (renewable) contract position, M-F, 8 AM – 5 PM. Hourly pay rate, benefits. To be considered please apply with your resume!
