Job Description:
- Looking for resource who has experience with IVR/Contact center data reporting.
- Experience with Genesys is preferred, but resources who have worked with IVR/Contact Center reporting using a different platform as well would work.
- Strong experience on Call center / contact center reporting and knowledge on contact center KPIs.
- Advanced knowledge of native Genesys Cloud CX Reports and Dashboards.
- With 8 – 10 years of experience – Strong PowerBI or Tableau reporting, Design and Development.
- Big data, noSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding experience.
