Position: Order Entry Specialist
Location: Amesbury, MA (100% onsite)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 depending on experience
Overview: The Order Entry Specialist is crucial for ensuring smooth and efficient order processing, logistics management, and maintaining excellent communication with sales personnel, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities:
- Provide order confirmations and sales quotes to customers and sales teams
- Schedule customer purchases to meet deadlines with production timelines and delivery dates
- Place purchase orders with vendors for additional materials inventory and stock as needed
- Plan customer orders around product planning, in-stock materials, and coordination of deliveries
- Prepare documentation for freight
Qualifications:
- Previous experience with Order Processing within construction/manufacturing industry
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
- Strong communication, sense of urgency, and ability to multitask
