About The Role

This role is under our KEVIN.MURPHY and we are actively searching for our next E-Commerce & Marketplace CX Assistant (Customer Service).
We are passionate about beauty & Fashion trends and helping salons flourish and want someone aligned to us.
As a key player in our team, you'll be the driving force behind achieving monthly strategic and sales goals while nurturing customer relationships. Armed with your charm and expertise, you'll provide outstanding customer service through Amazon Seller Central & our digital e-commerce platform, assisting with inquiries regarding orders, product questions, shipping updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years customer service-related work experience, digital/e-commerce knowledge preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, listening skills, decision making skills, and follow through skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook calendar & email, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities, and pivot along with strategy changes
- Comfortable navigating in multiple Order Management systems and accompanying platforms (Kustomer, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Stripe.net, etc)
- Experience working with Amazon Seller Central an advantage
