Responsibilities:
Managing and Tracking Projects:
- Oversee the progress of various projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular updates to Director, management and PMO.
Planning Events:
- Coordinate and plan internal and external events.
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and catering.
- Ensure events run smoothly and address any issues that arise promptly.
Adjusting Workflow:
- Analyze current workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate workflow adjustments to relevant teams and monitor their implementation.
Developing and Implementing Operational Processes:
- Design and document standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in onboarding and training new hires on new processes and ensure compliance.
- Assist Director in continuously evaluating and refining operational processes for optimal performance.
Coordinating Logistics:
- Manage the logistics of product deliveries, inventory, and supply chain activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to streamline operations.
Monitoring and Reporting on Performance:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
- Prepare and present performance reports to management.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement based on data analysis.
Optimizing Production:
- Collaborate with production teams to enhance efficiency and output.
- Implement strategies to reduce waste and increase productivity.
- Monitor production schedules and address any bottlenecks.
Identifying and Solving Problems:
- Proactively identify operational issues and develop solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems quickly and effectively.
- Implement preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.
Ensuring Employees Follow Operational Guidelines:
- Enforce adherence to company policies and operational guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance.
- Provide training and support to employees as needed.
Assist in Kitting and Fulfilment:
- Support the kitting and fulfilment process to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory and packaging.
Procurement:
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing and purchasing materials and supplies.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favourable terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of procurement items to support operational needs.
You should have:
- Proven experience in an operations or project management role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
It would be great if you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience in themed entertainment
