We are actively seeking a Project Coordinator for IT and network-related projects. The candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Experience in IT, telecom, or technology projects is preferred. Project Coordinators (PCs) are responsible for knowing the intricacies of their specific projects and ensuring those projects move forward on schedule and with the required quality.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain Project Schedule: Understand and maintain a high-level project schedule.
- Labor Forecasting: Estimate labor requirements with forecasting 8 weeks in advance.
- Daily Production Plan: Provide a detailed daily production plan based on available equipment and labor, updated daily.
- Communicate Goals: Communicate daily production goals to the people working on their projects.
- Training and Accountability: Train and hold workers accountable for goals and quality on the lines.
- Ensure Quality: Ensure the minimum quality level is achieved and all work is completed, including updates in the internal system, providing final reports, ensuring data integrity, etc.
- Weekly Assessments: Conduct a weekly production assessment and customer expectation alignment update, which will be communicated internally (and with customers when required).
- Knowledge of Requirements: Have detailed knowledge of labor requirements, tasks, and quality requirements for each project.
- Reporting: Provide customer reporting and accounting reporting - correct and on time.
- Remove Roadblocks: Ensure all roadblocks are removed to allow for efficient line production, including updated tasking, packets ready, etc.
- Team and Project Management: Plan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new information.
- Review Deliverables: Review project deliverables.
- Multi-tasking and Time Management: Be a team player with solid multi-tasking, time management, and organizational expertise with the ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities.
