Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigation Attorney at Mathison Whittles, LLP in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions on a day-to-day basis, ensuring effective representation of clients in various legal matters.
Qualifications
- Experience in litigation, including court appearances and trials
- Proficiency in conducting depositions
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and legal procedures
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
