REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years’ experience in a dedicated Project Management role, managing multiple complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects, specifically NetSuite implementations and migrations.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and project teams.
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Proven experience working in a team under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong conflict resolution skills – Must be able to facilitate discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background in finance/accounting, consulting, and advisory services
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Experience with Zuora preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage implementation projects related to NetSuite and other financial systems.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects to quality, on-time, and on-budget implementations.
- Coordinate and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, and Operations, to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business needs.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, including system implementers, overseeing their performance and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct project reviews and evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Stay up-to-date with project management methodologies and best practices, and implement them effectively.
