Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skill
- Experience in leading/mentoring the team and solved technical escalations
- Experience in communicating the escalated issues to feature team & product managers
- Experience in reviewing all technical support related processes and documentation in process improvement
- Experience in Dynatrace, and Python, how to build dashboards and setting up the alerts
- Ability to triage the production incident by analyzing application logs
- Ability to carry out L1.5 activities based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) provided
- Experience in creating technical system understanding documents and SOPs
- Share a point of view in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to improve system stability and scalability
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation and performance testing
Experience Required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks
- Conduct detailed performance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve system performance
- Ensure that all performance validation activities align with industry best practices and standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members in performance validation and SRE practices
- Work closely with partners to understand performance requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Continuously supervise system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Supply to the development of performance validation frameworks and tools to enhance testing efficiency

- Knowledge in Do’s and Don’ts in production support
- Knowledge in Change Management
- Good at analytical and problem-solving skills
