Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in litigation matters, including research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in court, attend hearings, and provide legal counsel.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and ensure effective client representation.
- Maintain meticulous records and case files.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the Georgia State Bar.
- 1 to 4 years of litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
