Supervisor (Protection & Control)
Cybernetic Search have partnered with one the top names in Engineering, Procurement and Construction, who are seeking a Senior Leader with Substations experience, for partnered projects with major Utilities and Renewable Energy organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical teams in Engineering, Design, and Drafting, ensuring effective communication and leadership.
- Manage projects to achieve high-quality, on-time delivery within budget.
- Design protection schemes for utility substations and transmission line equipment, enhancing processes for P&C designs and SCADA communication.
- Oversee project management, mentor junior staff, and ensure design accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of engineering experience.
- Supervisory experience with 4-8 direct reports.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited Engineering Program OR equivalent evaluation by NCEES OR Master's/Doctoral degree in Engineering.
- Professional Engineer license.
