Program Manager
- Elevate the overall performance of DTP SBU, ensuring it can deliver exceptional service and adapt to changing customer and business priorities.
- Design, govern & oversee DTP initiatives, programs & projects to achieve strategic objectives and maximize business value across stakeholders – people, customer, Finance, CSS/CES & Microsoft.
- Planning: Establish process & develop tools to streamline planning. Support delivery, serviceability & program teams make effective business case for investments.
- Programs: Support & manage tech/business/planning programs (BUR, co-sourcing/complexity model).
- Framework: Develop vision & establish centralized integrated program framework (people, process & tech guidelines) across DTP portfolios & programs enabling data-driven decision making.
- Governance: Establish standard & consistent guidelines for program team structure, R&R, ROBs & measurable KPIs.
- Alignment: Participate in the strategy development to ensure program teams define, prioritize & align program goals with DTP priorities & financial affordability.
