We're Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Technician III - Electrician
Are you an experienced Electrician looking to advance your career? We’re searching for a Facilities Maintenance Technician III - Electrician to join our team in Maricopa, AZ. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, including EV charging stations, HVAC systems, and building communication and alarm systems. You’ll also play a key role in promoting our commitment to integrity and compliance within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, motors, and controls
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance across all facility electrical systems
- Assist in planning and executing electrical projects
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Document work using the CMMS system
Qualifications:
- AZ Electrical Journeyman’s License required
- Strong knowledge of facility electrical infrastructure and PLC controllers
- Experience with lock-out/tag-out procedures
- 3 years of experience in an industrial/facilities capacity preferred
- Knowledge of NFPA 70E, OSHA 30, and EV charging infrastructure is a plus
Work Details:
- $28-30 per hour
- Based in Maricopa, AZ 85138
- Core hours: 8AM - 5PM, with flexibility for occasional overtime and Saturday work
- Domestic travel required 2-3 times per year
