Job Description:
We are looking for a Product Engineer to support our Wet Clean Optimization (WCO) service. This role focuses on semiconductor capital equipment maintenance, video procedure development, validation of mechanical fixtures to enhance maintenance tasks, and user acceptance testing of service software.

- Manage timelines and logistics for new WCO service products.
- Conduct technical scoping for new maintenance procedures and address customer change requests.
- Work closely with senior engineers to clarify maintenance procedures, especially when documentation is limited.
- Collaborate with videographers and film editors to transform complex maintenance manuals into multimedia procedures for various products and applications.
- Optimize and refine specialized maintenance procedure structures, media formats, and overall customer-focused packages.
- Lead a team of media experts to create videos, images, and animations that outline and explain maintenance procedures.
- Design, conduct, and evaluate hardware testing for parts and fixtures that support equipment maintenance, providing detailed feedback to engineers.
- Test and validate new software applications and features.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in applications, working with developers to implement enhancements.
- Present project updates and results to management in both formal and informal settings.
Requirements:
- A background in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Experience with mechanical design and CAD (preferably NX/Creo, but Solidworks is also acceptable).
- Strong skills in time management and project management.
- Attention to detail and a thorough approach to project execution.
- Strong project management capabilities, including long-term planning, scheduling, coordination, and communication of deliverables.
- A strong interest in and ability to author technical documents.
- A self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to work up to 8-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment, wearing PPE.
- Experience with semiconductor equipment (knowledge of operation and/or maintenance).
- Familiarity with version control systems and document/content management systems.
- Experience with agile software development, particularly in C++ or a similar language.
- Proficiency in VBA, MATLAB, or similar coding languages.
- Experience with filming, photography, and camera equipment is a plus.
- Experience with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
- Experience with graphic design and photography (Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
- Familiarity with 3D animations (Blender, Keyshot, Unity) and CAD optimization is a plus.
- A BS or MS degree in Engineering.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
