Job Title: Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage the data migration from Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) to SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Oracle and SAP environments, with proven experience in managing large-scale ERP data migration projects. This is a critical role that requires a deep understanding of data migration methodologies, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Required:
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERP data migration projects.
• Proven experience in managing data migration from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of both Oracle EBS and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale, complex projects.

• Exceptional project management skills, including planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and results.
• Deep understanding of data migration methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Certifications:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
• SAP certification in data migration or project management is a plus.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an SAP consultant or Oracle EBS consultant before transitioning into a project management role.
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools and technologies specific to SAP and Oracle environments.
