Pinnacle Partners is conducting an exciting new search for a Customer Support Advisor. This position will be trained on how to provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers through questions and support of their custom software system.
This is a full time position that will be fully onsite during training (3 to 6 months) and then offer a hybrid schedule of 1 to 2 days remote. Schedule is a standard 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Qualified candidates must have:
- Exceptional communication skills and strong customer service skills
- Strong technical aptitude, comfortable learning new systems and able to walk others through support related questions
- The ability to build strong relationships
- The ability to problem solve - no question/situation will be the same so you will need to learn how to evaluate, use critical thinking skills and make strong business decisions
This company provides a customized software experience. You will accept tickets/requests for help and work with a variety of customers trying to navigate through questions that will relate to basic product questions to more complex system issues. This company will provide full training if the candidates present with a good technical aptitude, as the core need is a "customer first" attitude and excellent problem solving skills.
Salary will vary based on education and experience but approximate range is 45 to 60k/year.
