Scion Nonprofit has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Bilingual Teacher for our client, a wonderful Nonprofit organization that serves Dane County youth, families, and the community! Based in Madison, WI, the Bilingual Teacher will follow and execute a curriculum of IT focused courses for adults interested in AI, Data Analytics, and IT Help Desk roles! This is a full-time, direct hire, onsite role.

- Compensation range is $40-48k, depending on experience
What you will be doing:
- Teach and facilitate professional development and job readiness with IT
- Assist, manage and engage adult learners through course completion via Coursera with the goal of Google Professional Certifications
- Help students overcome barriers to learning with progress tracking and guidance
- Work with the workforce development team to recruit and retain engaged students
- Assist students in career development and goals through program development, mock interviews, internships and other work related activities
- Help students prepare for a full time technical career in IT Help Desk, Data Analytics, or AI
What you will need:
- Fluent (reading/writing/speaking) in Spanish and English
- Experience instruction including following a curriculum, as well as teaching, managing, and engaging students
- Technical expertise and savvy in IT subject areas as well as MS Office, Google, etc
- Ability to work flexible schedule and teach evening classes
