LHH is assisting a rapidly growing company in their search for an in house counsel for their Orlando office. The right candidate will have at least 4 solid years of M&A experience. This role will work on acquisitions and related deal matters from LOI’s to the consummation and integration of partners into the business. The right candidate will be able to run small deals independently. This role is not remote and would be located in Orlando.
