What’s the position?
We are looking for a systems administrator that can join our growing IT team. As a systems administrator, you will be responsible for management, administration, and operation of the production IT systems and services for our global team. You will work closely with our DevOps and Security teams to ensure that all systems and solutions we develop and manage maintain our strict standards on security and workflow.
Key Responsibilities
As a Systems Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage and monitor our Office365, Intune, Okta and other cloud based environments.
- Developing new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, and testing procedures for operational reliability
- Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, and patches.
- Provide technical support for cloud-related issues and help troubleshoot and resolve system and network issues.
- Document system configurations, changes, and operational procedures.
What are we looking for?
- BS in Computer Science or similar combination of education and experience.
- DevOps experience in Cloud-based environments
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in production computing systems operations
- Experience working in computer operations as a systems and network administrator or engineer.
- Experience configuring and operating networks in a production environment.
- Experience in a DevOps centric IT environment.
- Knowledge and experience with Okta IdP and identity governance.
- Knowledge and experience managing Office 365
- Knowledge and experience with MS Windows and Mac OS.
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Intune and Defender.
- Knowledge and experience working with Cloud Infrastructure using AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Knowledge and experience working with automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
- Knowledge of various authentication and authorizations protocols such as SAML, OAuth, 2FA/MFA, OTP/TOTP, WebAuthn, etc.
- Ability to work well in a Team Environment.
- Solid understanding of System Security and Security best practices.
