As a Serialization TraceLink Analyst, responsible for
Experience with implementing and supporting the TraceLink Trace and Trace solutions
Serialization Master Data, Configuration, and Interfaces
Monitoring and error handling for Serialization interfaces (for example ASN, DSCCA, EU Hub, CMO)
Analyze and troubleshoot error messages and reporting
Work with the Vendor Tracelink team on new onboarding and existing interfaces
Provide Tracelink Admin support
Incident Management System (ServiceNow)
Create an Impact analysis document for the TL release
Test any impacted module with the new TL release
CMO Onboarding and testing
DSCSA EPCIS testing with multiple partners
Troubleshoot EPCIS failed files
Onboarding of new country regulatory report
Create Requirements and Test scripts for new functionality
User support for navigation and system use
Issue Resolution and Escalation

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and maintenance plans
Experience working in Pharmaceutical clients
Experience of troubleshooting network communication issues
Ability to coordinate with cross-cultural teams (TCS/Vendor/Customer), close process gaps, and provide value improvement ideas.

Roles & Responsibilities
Onboard CMO and product partners in TraceLink. Establish technical connectivity between SAP ATTP, TraceLink
Sets up Material masterdata systems in TraceLink
Communicates and coordinates projects with external entities and global partners like CMO, Partners, and 3PL
Provide technical assistance by collaborating with Partners, Business teams, ERP, and Infrastructure teams
Collaborate with technical and business resources throughout the project life cycle; documenting business plans, data design specifications, test plans, and validated testing documents, delivering implementation plans and service level agreements, and providing production support for business users and business service providers
Understanding of global Serialization regulatory requirements
Maintain and update procedures as required.
Updating SOPs and Knowledge articles
Formal investigation of support issues, communication with impacted stakeholders and vendors, resolution/closure of the issue, and updating appropriate knowledge management records.
